AI is powerful, but it's one tool. I'll tell you when it's the right one and when it isn't.
Automation
Not all automation requires AI. Scheduling systems that handle appointments without the back-and-forth. Scripts that pull reports from three data sources every morning. Workflows that send the right notification to the right person at the right time. Hiring pipelines that replace a dozen spreadsheets with something trainable and auditable. The kind of work that quietly eats hours every week and doesn't require a human brain to do it.
Integration
Your systems don't talk to each other. Staff copy data between tools every morning. The scheduling system doesn't know what the billing system knows. A vendor transition is coming and the new platform can't import what the old one carried. I build the bridges that let information flow where it needs to go without your team being the middleware.
Strategy & Leadership
Sometimes the problem isn't technical. A team is underperforming and the fix is a structural conversation, not a new dashboard. A business owner wants to know whether AI makes sense before spending a dollar. An operation has outgrown its tools and nobody has named the real constraint. I have an MBA and fifteen years running business operations. When the problem is people or process, I'll say so, and we'll work on that instead.
